About Lorena

Lorena Palacio is our Director of First Impressions and is the bright smile and welcoming voice at our reception counter when you phone or visit our Beach Road office. Originally from Colombia in Latin America, Lorena attended University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Following this,  she worked for over a decade in both the Colombian government and corporate business sector.

Lorena now brings this international wealth of experience in marketing and customer service to our clients. Lorena is fluent in both Spanish & English and since immigrating in 2020 she has pursued a Masters degree in Business and Administration here in South Australia, further honing her skills in this field. Lorena has a genuine passion for marketing and customer service, providing our clients with an exceptional experience. She supports the team in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and solutions for both sales and property management clients.

Outside of work, Lorena enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She loves cooking, salsa dancing, and as a local resident, she keeps fit and active by running and cycling through the amazing coastal and country regions, which initially attracted her to the Fleurieu Peninsula. Lorena is a natural “ people person” and loves working with our diverse clientele. She looks forward to assisting you with your property enquiry.
