About Jolene
With nearly four years of progressive experience in the real estate industry, I bring a strong foundation in property management, leasing, and client service. My career began in a dual role as Receptionist and Leasing Manager, where I developed a keen understanding of tenant relations and front-line operations. From there, I advanced to a BDM Assistant and then to Property Manager, gaining a deeper insight into portfolio management and business development. My experience in sales added valuable insight into client engagement and market trends, which I’ve carried with me back into my role as a Property Manager.
Originally based in Mundoolun from 2019, I spent 18 months living on Russell Island before recently relocating back to Jimboomba. This regional knowledge has given me valuable insights into different markets and communities across South East Queensland, allowing me to connect more effectively with both owners and tenants.
Currently working as a Property Manager in the Jimboomba area, I’m focused on delivering a high standard of service, maintaining strong occupancy rates, and ensuring compliance across all properties under my care. I’m known for my approachable nature, attention to detail, and ability to handle challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
