Having grown up in the Perth Hills, I have a genuine passion for helping people buy and sell property throughout Lesmurdie, Maida Vale, Kalamunda, and the wider City of Kalamunda. There is nothing more rewarding than helping local families achieve an outstanding result while introducing new residents to the lifestyle that makes our community such a special place to call home.
As one of the leaders in real estate from Lesmurdie to Maida Vale, I believe honesty and transparency are the foundation of every successful sale. My job is to give homeowners an accurate understanding of what their property is worth, provide honest advice about the current market, and work alongside them to prepare their home so it stands out from the competition. I work closely with Abbey Fisher who has 8 years of background in Property Management and my wife, Olga Newland, whose ability to speak three languages provides an enormous advantage when communicating and negotiating with buyers from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.
More than 80% of my business comes from repeat clients and personal referrals, something I believe reflects the trust and long-term relationships I have built within the local community.

Outside of real estate, I am a devoted husband and father of three who enjoys spending time with my family and giving back to the community. I have participated in building sustainable housing in Uganda, worked at an orphanage in Cambodia and helped sponsor Ukrainian refugees to settle in Forrestfield. My family and I are also active members of our local church, and I believe the values of integrity, compassion and service shape the way I approach both business and life.
