Amanda is the proud co-owner of the family business, having taken the reins in September 2023 alongside her husband, James, who serves as Principal. Together, they are continuing the Chippendale family legacy in real estate.

As Business Manager, Amanda plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations, supporting the team and ensuring a smooth, consistent experience for both clients and staff. With a strong background in Government supervisory roles, she brings organisation, leadership, and a practical, solutions-focused mindset to everything she does.

Having grown up in the Moreton Bay region, Amanda has a genuine connection to the local community. She is proud to now be raising her own family here and is passionate about helping others find their place in the area.
