I’ve worked in real estate for close to 30 years across property management, sales, and office operations, and over that time I’ve come to value two things above all else — strong relationships and clear, consistent communication.

My focus is simple - keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while ensuring our offices operate efficiently and clients are well supported.

As both Office Manager across our offices and Branch Manager at Kalamunda, I have a broad view of how the business operates day to day and I'm closely involved in both the people and process side of what we do.

I bring a calm, practical, and solutions-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on communication, consistency, and structure - particularly in fast-paced environments. A key part of my role is ensuring our systems and processes genuinely support the team and make their work easier, not harder.

At the heart of it, I’m committed to building a stable, well-supported, and high-functioning workplace where people feel confident in what they're doing, standards are maintained, and continuous improvement is part of our everyday practice.
