Specialising in the day-to-day management of rental properties, Julie oversees every aspect of property management, including tenancy matters, property maintenance, routine inspections, lease administration, and client communication. In addition to her real estate career, Julie has spent more than five years in a supervisory role at RAC Arena, where she leads teams and oversees operations with the same dedication, organisation, and leadership that have defined her success in property management.
