Our Property Management team is led by Tania Pacenza (24+ years experience), supported by Simon Cognetti (13+ years), Helen Karidakis (25+ years), and Mira Nasseh, who brings valuable local insight and strong ties to the Arabic community.
Catillo Cognetti oversees office operations and the commercial division, bringing over 30 years of management experience, including two decades in the financial sector.
Our Sales Team is led by Gianni Cognetti, Sales Manager, who offers 7 years of experience across both sales and property management. He is supported by Sargon Merkus, a licensed agent known for his strong work ethic, clear communication, and client-focused approach. Bahram Albsharah, our newest team member, is a dedicated sales assistant committed to supporting the team and contributing to our continued success.
