Courtney thrives in the dynamic nature of property management, where no two days are the same. She enjoys the variety of the role, from coordinating maintenance and inspections to resolving tenancy matters and building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and trades. Her proactive, solutions-focused approach and excellent communication skills allow her to deliver a seamless and stress-free property management experience.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys travelling, shopping, camping, and attending concerts. She is also a proud AFL supporter — even when her team doesn't come away with the win. On weekends, she loves catching up with friends or spending quality time with her family.
