She has a genuine appreciation for the creativity and personal touches that make every home unique and enjoys helping ensure investment properties are well cared for while providing outstanding service to landlords and tenants alike.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys shopping for unique finds, travelling to new destinations, and spending quality time with friends. She also loves life with her two dogs — a Golden Retriever and a Labrador — who often join her on outdoor adventures.
