Passionate about developing people and improving processes, Julie oversees staff recruitment, training, performance management, and operational systems, ensuring the business delivers exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, compliance, and workplace safety. 

With more than six years at Professionals TWT Realty, along with previous management experience in the hospitality industry, Julie brings a wealth of leadership and customer service expertise to her role. Holding a Diploma of Property, she has extensive experience in property management, team leadership, business operations, and process improvement. Her ability to streamline workflows, remove bottlenecks, and implement best practices helps create a more efficient business while enhancing the experience for both clients and staff. 

Julie is committed to supporting the team behind the scenes so they can provide outstanding service to property owners, tenants, buyers, and sellers. By coordinating resources, strengthening operational processes, and providing guidance across the business, she helps ensure every client receives professional, consistent, and reliable service. Her proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement contributes to the long-term success of both the agency and its clients.
