Jess Barron is an experienced Property Manager with over six years in the real estate industry. She began her career in 2019 as a receptionist, where she built a strong foundation in real estate before progressing into assistant and leasing roles. In 2022, Jess joined Professionals TWT Realty as a Property Manager, where she continues to provide exceptional property management services to landlords and tenants. 

Confident across all aspects of property management, Jess is committed to delivering a seamless experience for property owners and tenants alike. From conducting final bond inspections and coordinating tenancy matters to building strong client relationships, she approaches every task with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. She thrives in the fast-paced nature of the real estate industry and enjoys working closely with both her clients and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes. 

Known for her friendly personality, positive attitude, and strong work ethic, Jess prides herself on providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. She values building lasting relationships and strives to ensure every client enjoys a smooth, stress-free property management experience. 

Outside of work, Jess enjoys shopping, travelling, and exploring new places. She loves mixing cocktails, heading off on new adventures, and spending time walking along the beach — usually with a coffee in hand.
