Property Management and Maintenance Specialist — Lesinda Holl 

Lesinda Holl is a dedicated Property Manager who brings a practical, hands-on approach to residential property management. With a strong focus on property inspections, maintenance, and client support, she is committed to ensuring properties are well cared for and maintenance matters are addressed promptly and efficiently. 

Lesinda joined the real estate industry in February and holds her real estate registration. While relatively new to real estate, she brings 12 years of valuable hands-on experience in property maintenance. Her extensive background in maintenance and repairs has given her a strong practical understanding of how properties should be cared for, how maintenance issues can be addressed effectively, and the importance of keeping properties well maintained. 

In her role, Lesinda manages property inspections, coordinates maintenance, and assists the Property Management team with the day-to-day needs of residential properties. Her practical experience allows her to approach maintenance matters with a strong understanding of what is involved, helping ensure issues are followed up and resolved efficiently. 

Lesinda takes a friendly and solutions-focused approach to supporting property owners, tenants, and colleagues. She is approachable, reliable, and committed to clear communication, responding to enquiries, coordinating maintenance, and keeping matters moving. Her aim is to make the property management process as smooth and stress-free as possible while providing timely and practical support. 

With her combination of real estate registration and 12 years of maintenance experience, Lesinda brings a valuable perspective to residential property management. She understands the importance of protecting and maintaining properties and takes pride in providing dependable support to help property owners and tenants enjoy a positive property management experience. 

Outside of work, Lesinda enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She also enjoys sewing, which gives her an opportunity to be creative and unwind, as well as spending time outdoors and making the most of time with the people who are important to her.
